My law firm has worked with Tom Johnson and Association Administrators for years. They have significant experience with Community Associations, guiding them through their operations and financial needs in a fair and equitable manner. Their experience permits them to manage large as well a smaller communities. I recommend you consider Tom Johnson and Association Administrators to manage your Community Association.

Our former property management company’s performance declined to the point that we three Trustees were performing many tasks and/ or research that was once performed by that company. Since switching to Association Administrators, we are pleased to again to be receiving professional guidance on our property maintenance needs.

Trustee, West Chester Village

The quality of the property management at West Chester Village & Jeannes Creek has definitely improved since Association Administrators has replaced Towne Properties. The following list is only what I have seen and what I can remember during the last year: 1. Two dams have been replaced or repaired. 2. The shoreline to two of our ponds have been redone with stone. This is a twofold benefit; it stabilizes the banks, and it beautifies the area, really a great improvement. 3. A 5-year Resurfacing Plan was drafted and noted on a map for future use. This walking path is a major asset to the community. The bike path from Tylersville to the southern most pedestrian bridge was repaved in spots and totally seal coated. 4. New Signage was placed on the Bike Path prohibiting motorized vehicles. I have not seen golf carts on the path for a long while now. 5. The Gate at the Pool was replaced which was needed. It is both a safety and visual improvement. 6. A plan was developed to care for our trees on a regular basis. It is too soon to talk about results but I think that the vendor that was selected definitely will make a difference and on the long end possibly save money on replacing trees. The trees are a major asset to the community. 7. Residents are told about violations, leaving trash cans out, uniformity of mailboxes, fences in decline, etc. on a regular basis. I rarely see these types of violation now. 8. The pond management company was replaced and this has made an immediate improvement in our string of ponds and waterfalls/ways from Tylersville to the Endeavor School Pond. The pond weeds are clearing. This is a feature that adds beauty to our area and is another asset to the community. 9. Landscaping maintenance is another program which at times goes unnoticed but the contractor that was selected does a tremendous job maintaining the community property and the residences on Jeannes Creek. 10. The pool management company does an excellent job also but I am not a real pool user but I’ve talked with others that are and they have no complaints about the condition of the pool and pool building. These are just what I have noticed. I would have to say that all of this occurred because of Association Administrator’s quality property management proram and an eye for detail. This attention to detail makes our community desireable and helps to keep our property values up.
